Each applicant 18 years of age & older must complete a separate application & pay the $55.00 application fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers the necessary background and credit checks.
The security deposit varies by apartment sizes and feel free to discuss it with our leasing agent. Unlike the application fee, the security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you the month after you move out less any costs associated with damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent.
We offer a 6 or 12-month lease that will suit your short or long-term needs.
You will need a valid picture ID such as a driver’s license or passport to tour the apartment.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required. For coverage details, please contact our leasing agent.
Yes, please check with our leasing agent for our pet policy.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any furnished apartments.
Yes, we offer rent credit for any resident referrals. The applicant must be approved by management, sign a 12-month lease, and they must indicate your name at the time they apply for their apartment.
A written 30-day notice is required to end your lease. Example: your lease ends on 1/31 and you wish to vacate that day. We need to receive your written notice to vacate by 1/1.
